Jenny Busing - Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer, Excellent
Our team loved it!
"Easiest workshop I've ever run. So helpful that all the supplies and expertise were packaged up in one workshop box. I wasn't sure how videos would work but it was a fantastic experience and our team loved it. We can't wait to do more!"
Linda Jenkinson - CEO, Level Up (1st woman CEO to list on the NASDAQ)
100% would recommend to others
"A room full of CEOs have very high standards and the 'workshop in a box' blew their expectations. 100% said they would recommend to others."
Michelle Sharp - CEO, UNICEF New Zealand
It changed the game!
"Our leaders left the workshop with direction, hope and practical strategies for leading in this new world. It changed the game for us."
Alex McNaughten - CEO, Aprento
"I came in super cynical - there's no way you're going to get us to collaborate without having a facilitator in the room. But it was awesome! Genuinely an amazing achievement!"
Jennifer Stansberry-Miller - CE, Mental Health America of India
“The absolute highlights for me were the 'aha moments' when I could see my leaders kick back in their chairs and nod! Amazing. At this price point, how could you not invest in this for your organization and your people?”
Janice MacInnis - Manager, Organizational Health, Dalhousie University
Designed for engagement
"I so appreciated the attractive and organized materials, the videos ready to go at a click, and the care that went in to pulling it all together. It really is designed to just make it happen. Group engagement is obviously a priority and it is clearly arranged to get people reflecting, talking, moving around, and thinking about what they need to do going forward. A truly engaging experience."
Select Your 'Workshop in a Box'
How many participants does the workshop cater for?
As many as you need. The base 'workshop in a box' includes resources for 20 participants. Easily expand the workshop size by purchasing 'Additional Participant Packs' - each catering for 10 additional participants.
How much prep will we need to do before the workshop?
Just 10 minutes! We have a demo video to show you how it works. We've created the workshop for busy people. Just gather your people, distribute the resources and push play.
What technology will we need?
To push play you'll just need a screen, projector, sound capabilities and access to the internet
Can we break the workshop into multiple sessions?
We recommend running the workshop in one 2.5-hour block. However, you can split the delivery over two sessions.
What is video facilitation?
You will feel like we are in the room leading the session. We explain the activities, share our expertise, and let you know you when to hit pause to discuss or participate together.
Can we run the workshop as a hybrid or online session?
The workshop is designed for those occasions when you bring the team together in person to enhance cohesion.
How do we set ourselves up to sustain the learning?
We've included tools that your leaders and teams can use through time. We have created First Friday (virtual or hybrid) monthly follow-on sessions to deepen and embed the learning.
How can we be confident in the learning design?
Our workshops are designed by a cognitive scientist, featured in Sir Richard Branson's 100% Human at Work Innovations Book, and based upon the delivery of thousands of workshops with organizations all over the world. The ‘Workshop in a Box’ has been rigorously tested with learning and development designers from the Association from Talent Development.
What impact has the workshop had for other organizations?
95% of participants say they would recommend our workshops to others. The #1 piece of feedback we get is "We just wished we'd had this earlier."
