We have built the Doing Well cards on the back of 15 years of experience working in disaster recovery, in New Zealand, Australia and around the world.
Designed based on learning from disaster and crisis situations, using cognitive psychology, the Doing Well cards have been tested under the ultimate conditions of prolonged stress and uncertainty.
The global research behind the Doing Well cards, including interviews with over 100 leaders from around the world working in challenging circumstances, was supported by two Winston Churchill Fellowships.
The cards come in a pack of 100. Once opened they can easily be divided into 6 coloured sections. Each of these sections is designed to help you know what to focus on to get you through challenging times:
