How many participants does the workshop cater for?
As many as you need. The base 'workshop in a box' includes resources for 20 participants. Easily expand the workshop size by purchasing 'Additional Participant Packs' - each catering for 10 additional participants.
How much prep will we need to do before the workshop?
Just 10 minutes! We have a demo video to show you how it works. We've created the workshop for busy people. Just gather your people, distribute the resources and push play.
What technology will we need?
To push play you'll just need a screen, projector, sound capabilities and access to the internet
Can we break the workshop into multiple sessions?
We recommend running the workshop in one 2.5-hour block. However, you can split the delivery over two sessions.
What is video facilitation?
You will feel like we are in the room leading the session. We explain the activities, share our expertise, and let you know you when to hit pause to discuss or participate together.
Can we run the workshop as a hybrid or online session?
The workshop is designed for those occasions when you bring the team together in person to enhance cohesion.
How do we set ourselves up to sustain the learning?
We've included tools that your leaders and teams can use through time. We have created First Friday (virtual or hybrid) monthly follow-on sessions to deepen and embed the learning.
